I am a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Private Practice in Greystones, Co Wicklow. I did my initial training, a Certificate in Counselling Skills, with NUI Maynooth (2004-2005). I completed my core training, a Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (DICP), with the Turning Point Training Institute, Dún Laoghaire (2005-2008). This qualification is awarded by Dublin City University (DCU).
I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP) and adhere to their strict code of ethics and practice. I am insured for both public and professional indemnity and am garda vetted.

Please note I work with adults from 18 onwards, I do not provide couples counselling. I am not available for evening or weekend sessions. 

I completed a one-year placement working as a psychotherapist in the Psychotherapy Centre in St Vincent’s Psychiatric Hospital, Fairview (2007-2008) and volunteered as a counsellor in the low-cost Living Life Centre in Bray, Co Wicklow for five years (2008-2013).

My core training is Humanistic but through my integrative training I have also studied, and include in my practice, the most widely used therapy frameworks today including:
