Welcome

Life can be tough on us. We can feel alone, lost, helpless, stuck, uneasy in our skin. Sometimes we need more support than our family and friends can offer. Therapy can help you remove the blocks to your freedom and experience a different way of being in the world.
I am a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Private Practice in Greystones, Co Wicklow. I completed my core training with the Turning Point Training Institute in partnership with Dublin City University (DCU) and am an accredited member of the IAHIP and the ICP.
Many people are not sure what to expect when they first sit into the chair as a client and it is normal to feel anxious as you embark on this process. One of the first things I will discuss with you is what your expectations of therapy are. You bring your own agenda; the pace reflects what you’re comfortable with.
I can help you flesh out any problem that is causing unhappiness in your life. I have experience of working with clients who are presenting with the following issues: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Loss, Bereavement, Abuse, Low Self Esteem, In Recovery from an Addiction, Relationship Difficulties, Gender, Sexuality and Suicide Issues.
My therapy room is located in Greystones, Co Wicklow. A warm, intimate, welcoming room; just 1km from the sea, it is an ideal space for your journey of self-discovery.
